How long does delivery take?

It depends on the service. Audits are delivered in 1 to 2 business days. Section builds in 1 day. Full page builds in 2 to 4 days depending on type (advertorial pages are faster, homepage and product pages take longer). Exact delivery timing is shown in the scope of each service before you check out.

What if I do not have a Figma file?

You can still order. The quiz will route you to the Reference path (start from a URL or image) or the Brief path (we design from your written brief). Reference is faster and cheaper. Brief is our premium tier with human design from scratch.

How are revisions handled?

Each service includes feedback rounds based on package type. Section and Page from Figma: one feedback round. Page from Reference: two design feedback rounds. Design and Build Custom: three design feedback rounds. Bug fixes are not limited by rounds — issues we cause are fixed free of charge (see post-delivery support). Additional design revision rounds beyond what is included can be added by hour pack.

What does post-delivery support look like?

30-day full warranty on Gemians-side fixes. Day 31 to 60, free fix if the issue is diagnosed as our fault. After 60 days, any updates or new bugs are handled via hourly support packs or a new order.

Do you provide copy and assets?

We focus on design and build, but you're not on your own with copy. You provide brand colors, logo, and product photos. For copy: bring your own if you have it ready, or we draft initial copy using CRO best practices and AI tools, you refine during the feedback round. For Figma orders, copy and images must be in the Figma file at kickoff. For Reference and Brief orders, we draft first, you approve before build.

Can I cancel after checkout?

Yes. Within 24 hours of checkout, full refund if we have not kicked off. After kickoff, refund is prorated based on work completed at that point. Message us on Slack anytime if you need to cancel.
